Shipping Policy

① Shipping Fees:
Shipping fees are charged separately from the product price.
Customs duties for products and shipping may be imposed according to regional policy requirements.

② Processing Time:
・We do not process orders on weekends or Japanese public holidays.
・Orders placed after the cut-off time (6:00 PM JST) on business days will be processed on the next business day.
・All products are pre-order items.
After you place an order, we will check the inventory and send an order confirmation email if the item is in stock.
If the item is out of stock and made to order, it will take approximately 2 weeks~1 month for delivery.
・We will send an order confirmation email as soon as the product is ready.
We will promptly ship the product after sending the order confirmation email.

③ Delivery Method:
We use EMS/UPS/FedEx for shipping.
